Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Roll the mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
