Spicy Masala Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of boneless chicken pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnishing
Instructions:
- Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and cook for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the tomatoes become soft and pulpy.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
